This is support for the UltraStor 14F and 34F SCSI-2 host adapters. The source at drivers/scsi/u14-34f.c contains some information about this hardware. If the driver doesn't work out of the box, you may have to change some settings in drivers/scsi/u14-34f.c. Read the SCSI-HOWTO, available from http://www.tldp.org/docs.html#howto. Note that there is also another driver for the same hardware: "UltraStor SCSI support", below. You should say Y to both only if you want 24F support as well.
