This option tells the driver to keep track of how many commands have been sent to each particular device and report that information to the user via the /proc/scsi/aic7xxx/n file, where n is the number of the aic7xxx controller you want the information on. This adds a small amount of overhead to each and every SCSI command the aic7xxx driver handles, so if you aren't really interested in this information, it is best to leave it disabled.
