This option enables Clang’s Propeller build. When the Propeller profiles is specified in variable CLANG_PROPELLER_PROFILE_PREFIX during the build process, Clang uses the profiles to optimize the kernel.

If no profile is specified, Propeller options are still passed to Clang to facilitate the collection of perf data for creating the Propeller profiles in subsequent builds.
