Enable support for the USB PHY on Google Tensor SoCs, starting with the G5 generation (Laguna). This driver provides the PHY interfaces to interact with the SNPS eUSB2 and USB 3.2/DisplayPort Combo PHY, both of which are integrated with the DWC3 USB DRD controller.
