On Power Macintoshes (and clones) with two SCSI buses, the external SCSI bus is usually controlled by a 53C94 SCSI bus adaptor. Older machines which only have one SCSI bus, such as the 7200, also use the 53C94. Say Y to include support for the 53C94.
